Its a done thing in the west. What people do not like and feel cheated about, they talk about it. Better still, they blog about it!! Corporates respond to it too and we have read some great results on the blogs of Marriott's Hotel, General Motors, Union Home Depot etc. Here in India, the culture is yet to sink in.... Why? Do you find this valuable?
